Liz studied Musical Theatre in NYC and had been a performing artist for 14 years before co-founding "Music For The Cause" with her father. Liz grew up knowing hemophilia was a difficult bleeding disorder, but with a determined and fierce father who made everything seem manageable, she didn't realize how scary and difficult a condition it is until she had a nephew born with the disorder. It was then that she became determined to make a difference in the world of bleeding disorders. She committed her whole-self (heart, mind and spirit), taking classes to learn how to infuse, volunteering at the local hemophilia chapters, running fundraisers and even taking a job in the industry to start fighting for change. She has taken her cause all the way to Washington and it won't stop there.
